Because coloring is now done in the computer, there is no longer a need for the time-honored acetate cel. However, because fans have demanded them, special one-of-one edition cels produced in the hand-colored tradition are being made available in limited quantities from StarWarsShop.com. Your one of a kind hand painted cel will include the original line drawing from which it was transferred, presented against an acid-free laser reproduced background.
