Orders shipped UPS Ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. *Now get FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more. Purchases must meet or exceed $75 for free shipping. Express shipping available for an additional charge. Please note, for orders receiving free shipping or discounted express shipping, returns that bring a purchase total below $75 will be subject to a $7.95 S&H charge taken out of the returns credit.

Returns Information
If you are not happy with your closeout jewelry piece, simply return it to us so we receive your package within 30 days of the original ship date. Please ship your package accordingly.
You must return the piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging along with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. Special order pieces, jewelry pieces that show signs of wear or jewelry pieces that have been altered or sized are non-returnable.
Please be sure to insure your return packages for the replacement value as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Questionable packages will be refused so be sure to pack your item in a crush-resistant box.
You must contact JewelryImpressions.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Items that arrive without a valid RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. For your RA#, please call 970-535-0191 or email us at returns@jewelryimpressions.com Be sure to mention the Jewelry Closeout Sets or Handulets Line, and give your invoice number AND item descriptions for those being returned when obtaining your RA#.
